Spending his early teen years working in local restaurants, Adam learnt the tricks of the hospitality trade at a young age. His career took off in 2009 when he joined an emerging F&B group in Auckland, New Zealand, where he worked his way up through the ranks to group bar operations for multiple award-winning bars and restaurant venues.
After his stint in New Zealand, Adam returned home in 2013 to join Duck & Waffle and Sushi Samba London as part of the pre-opening team. He was later headhunted to move to Dubai for Qbara, the first independent licensed bar and restaurant in the city.
This experience and exposure gave Adam the
confidence to launch the AURA consultancy business in 2015.
Adam has spent the last 8 years working with hospitality owners and operators at a consultant level, helping them bring their business visions to life.
